Professor of Immunology and heads the Laboratory of Molecular Immunology at the Faculty of Molecular Immunology and Cancer Immunotherapy, Sebba Chair in Sciences, Faculty of Biology, Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Expert in antibody and cell engineering for the design of novel immunotherapies. Former dean of the faculty and former co-founder and CSO of AIT, acquired by Adicet Bio Inc.

Prof. Yael Cohen is the head the Myeloma unit at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, and the head of the Israeli Myeloma working group within the Israeli medical association. She is an associate professor of Medicine at the Sackler faculty of medicine. Yael serves the ministry of health central ethics committee for clinical trials. She leads and participates in multiple research projects and clinical trials in Israel and internationally.
Prof. Cohen has over 90 publications in international medical meetings and peer reviewed journals.
She spent several years in various leadership positions in the pharma industry, as a medical director at Merck (Israel and US) and as VP of clinical development at Gamida cell and at VBL Therapeutics.

Prof. Alon is Professor of Strategy and International Marketing at the University of Agder. Prior to that he had research positions at Harvard University, Georgetown University (USA) and University of International Business and Economics (China). Alon is a researcher in the field of international business with a focus on internationalization, modes of entry, political risk, cultural intelligence and emerging markets. Alon publications have appeared in leading magazines such as harvard Business Review, Management International Review, and others.  In addition, Alon is the Head of International Affairs for the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder and leader of the Emerging Markets research group.  Prof. Alon has worked with government bodies, non-profit organizations, multinational companies and international association on various projects ranging from capacity development at the macro level to international business development.

Former Senior Vice President, Chief Regulatory Officer of Medtronic and was responsible for all Medtronic global regulatory efforts. Prior to joining Medtronic, Dr. Alpert served as Vice President of Regulatory Sciences for C.R. Bard, Inc. She previously had worked at FDA where she held a variety of positions in the Centers dealing with drugs, devices and radiological health and foods, including six years as the Director of the Office of Device Evaluation.

Dr. Alpert is a microbiologist and a pediatrician with a specialty in infectious diseases. She has practical experience in laboratory research and clinical trials.
Dr. Alpert serves on the board of advisors for the Medical Technology Leadership Forum and the board of the Women Business Leaders, or organization of women leaders in the health care sector. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative, one of the public/private partnerships working with FDA to streamline the  development of medical products.

During more than a decade as an executive manager for publicly traded companies, he managed professional services and ran P&L operations with sales responsibility. His clients included fortune 1000, local and federal governments and businesses in the insurance, manufacturing, aerospace, financial, healthcare, sales and marketing, distribution and retail arenas. His projects and sales geography included The Americas, Europe and EMEA. His technical skills, operational management and creative thinking address employer needs in operations, supply chain issues, marketing and sales. Mrs. Ahuva Vardi has over 18 years of experience in the high-tech and investment industry, currently she is in charge of the business development of Comm-IT, before joining Comm-IT , Ahuva worked at Gartner and was in charge of customer relationships and business development for high-tech industry. Prior to that Ahuva was in charge of sales & business development for cloud and infrastructure at IBM, Israel. Ahuva has started her career as Technology analyst at Star ventures

Former Partner of Ram Ventures, Founder and CEO of Zestty. Itamar led Business Development operations at Compass Ventures for multiple M&A investment funds, sourced technologies and partnerships for the funds and portfolio companies, ensured the successful execution of the funds deal flow and oversaw the successful integration of the invested technologies. During his time in Compass, Itamar spearheaded the groups projects with corporate partners in a variety of sectors.

Jonathan Bench is an international business lawyer. He has represented public and private companies and funds with international and domestic business transactions. Jonathan has worked and consulted in the U.S., Asia, and South America and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese. Dr. Kamar graduated Ben Gurion university medicine school and general surgery residency at Sheba Tel- Hashomer Medical Center.
Parallel to his clinical activity he has been involved building and overseeing the clinical development program for variety of medical device, biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies.
He took an active part I the success of two medical device companies Omrix which was acquired by Ethicon J&J, and Sealantis which was acquired by AMS.
